Is soft washing safe for K Rend and silicone render?
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution rather than force, so it's the method render manufacturers favour over pressure washing.
How long do the results last?
Much longer than a pressure-washed clean, because the solution kills the growth at the root instead of just knocking off the surface. How long depends on shade, trees and how exposed the walls are.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. We need access to the outside and an outdoor tap. We'll send you photos when we're done if you're out.
Do you do commercial buildings?
